Teaching Assistant – Bring Your Energy to the Classroom!

Location: Based in Wool (covering Swanage, Wareham, Wimborne, Dorchester & surrounding areas)
Contract: Flexible / Ongoing Opportunities
Pay: Competitive rates of pay
DBS: Preferable – support available to apply through us

We’re on the lookout for a fun, enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant based in Wool, happy to travel to schools across Swanage, Wareham, Wimborne, Dorchester and nearby areas. If you’re someone who thrives on supporting learning, building relationships and making every school day brighter, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1, small group or whole-class basis
  • Helping bring lessons to life with your creativity and enthusiasm
  • Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
  • Working across a range of year groups and school settings
  • Being a friendly, reliable presence that pupils and staff look forward to seeing

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Are energetic, patient and genuinely enjoy working with children
  • Are happy to commute to Swanage, Wareham, Wimborne, Dorchester and surrounding areas
  • Have a DBS on the Update Service (preferable) – or are happy to apply through us
  • Are flexible, reliable and ready to get stuck in
  • Bring a positive attitude and a creative approach to supporting learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
