Are you passionate about equity and inclusion? Do you believe that every pupil deserves the opportunity to succeed both academically and personally? If so, we are looking for an outstanding Inclusion Manager to join a thriving secondary school in Merseyside.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on inclusion strategies within a high-performing, inclusive secondary setting. As Inclusion Manager, you will:
-
Provide strategic leadership to ensure pupils with diverse needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
-
Build strong, collaborative relationships with pupils, families, and staff.
-
Design and implement support pathways that enable students to re-engage with learning.
-
Champion the school's inclusive ethos and be a key part of the pastoral support structure.
This position is ideal for someone who is both compassionate and structured—able to navigate complex needs with care while maintaining high expectations and effective intervention systems.
About You:
We are looking for a committed and experienced professional who:
-
Has a strong track record of working in pastoral, SEN, or inclusion roles within a secondary school environment.
-
Understands the needs of pupils with SEND and other barriers to learning.
-
Is proactive in fostering positive behaviour, well-being, and engagement.
-
Can lead and coordinate multi-agency support and inclusion strategies effectively.
Why Choose This Role?
This school has been graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is known for its excellent reputation in the community. Staff describe it as a supportive place to work, with strong leadership and a culture of mutual respect. This is your opportunity to join a team dedicated to pupil well-being and success, where your role will make a tangible impact.
