I have a highly rated school looking for several ICT & Computing teachers to join their team in September on a full-time basis. The school has high expectations of its staff and students as they encourage a reflective attitude in regards to performance. It is a friendly working environment and are looking for a someone who will fit the school atmosphere whilst working hard to assist students in any way they can.

UK Qualified ICT & Computing teacher

Details about the role are below:

  • UK qualified ICT and Computing teacher, with a teaching qualification (e.g. BSc, BEd, QTS, PGCE)
  • The candidates must have extensive experience at Secondary, KS3-5 level
  • The school is rated highly by Ofsted, it has a decisive leadership who constantly look to improve the school
  • Full-time role: 5 days a week, 8:30am - 3:30pm
  • Pay ranges from £150-200 a-day depending on experience and qualifications
  • It would be a temporary contract (2 terms - 1 year)
  • Less than a 10 minute walk from Northolt Underground station

The Role

The roles for ICT & Computing teachers that are currently available would be a fantastic opportunity for any teacher with strong aspirations. The school understand the need for a work and life balance. The successful candidate would need to work hard during work hours, ensuring all work is completed and to the best the of the specific candidates ability. However, time to recharge and relax is afforded out of school hours; the leadership understand the need for a healthy and relaxed teacher in their school.

The September start date for this role has interviews for these roles starting next week and continuing into the following week. The incoming teacher would be expected to work 8:30am till 3:30pm, 5 days a week as a full-time role. The school are searching for candidates who can engage the students with exciting lessons and an aim to get students interested in learning. Planning and conducting lessons would be expected, along with marking students work and providing feedback for them to build on. Experience working with SEN, languages or extra-curricular activities would be welcome.
