Teaching Personnel are currently working on a PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY working across a number of Schools in the East Lancashire area.
We are looking to recruit a skilled and hard working School Improvement Lead for a part time position, ideally starting in June 2020, although, they are in a position to wait until September for the right candidate.
The Schools you will be working across are a mix of secondary mainstream schools and SEN / SEMH provisions, therefore, an understanding or experience in working with pupils who have additional needs is desirable, as well as mainstream experience.
The role is likely to be 2 / 3 days per week and the trust can be flexible on which days you work.
The role woul suit a candidate with headship, SLT experience or an Ex-HMI Ofsted Inspector
The salary you could expect for this role will likely be between GBP34,000 - 48,000 per annum, for the 2 / 3 days, which is based on a GBP77,000 - 84,900 salary full time.
The trust are looking to recruit through Teaching Personnel, however, the role is likely to become permanent straight away if offered the position.

" can effectively evaluate a schools performance and from their extensive knowledge identify appropriate intervention strategies to enhance school standards;
" can inspire others and lead complex changes across schools;
" has the ability to work as part of a forward looking strategic leadership team.
" To prepare academies for pre and post Ofsted inspection including a pre-visit analysis
This role would suit a candidate with SLT experience, Ofsted experience, management experience and / or education consultant experience.
