HLTA - North Sheffield
Teaching Personnel are working closely with 'Good'/ 'Outstanding' primary schools in the Sheffield area. We are seeking experienced and passionate HLTA's to provide in school support. Teaching Personnel are committed to developing long-term relationships with HLTA's and Sheffield Primary Schools.
You will work under the instruction/guidance of the teacher and other senior staff members, to deliver pre-planned lessons to meet the schools high expectations of learning. Other responsibilities may include supporting 1:1 and in small groups to deliver inspiring interventions.
Teaching Personnel are seeking:
- A HLTA with prior experience
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Ability to cover classes.
- A passion for the education sector and ability to show a consistent level of teaching support to facilitate classroom success.
