At Teaching Personnel we are looking to support one of our partner Secondary Schools by providing them with Cover Supervisors that would be responsible for delivering lessons in the absence of the Departments Teaching staff.

Due to this school requiring a large amount of cover in the absence of teachers (Sickness, Course cover, SLT cover) they seek to employ a number of cover supervisors to work in their school to cover a range of classes including Physical education, English, Science and Maths.

As a cover supervisor you will hold a number of responsibilities including;

*Covering classes in the absence of teachers, developing your behaviour management skills

*Enhancing your subject knowledge in a range of subjects that will improve your teaching skills

*Supporting pupils learning through the use of questioning

*To be considered it is desirable that you have worked with secondary aged pupils however this is not a requirement
