Are you a graduate or undergraduate considering a career in teaching? 

Our Future Teachers Programme is available to all graduates and undergraduates looking for a pathway to teaching in primary, secondary and special education needs (SEN) schools, with graduates of all subjects welcome.

What you will gain from the Future Teachers Programme;

• Up-to 1-year graduate support role, prior to beginning your teacher training programme the following year, with one of our partner schools.
• Monthly pay of up to GBP1200 and access to free or heavily discounted CPD training

What is expected from you;

• A face to face meeting to be attended with suitable ID
• Suitable references spanning a minimum of 11 months
• Possibility of a Trial Day on a voluntary basis
• Completion of the Training Package provided by The Best Practice Network
• Commitment and passion to work in Education. 

We have partner schools in Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Gainsborough and surrounding areas in Northern Lincolnshire so there are plenty of opportunities.

You will be supported by your school fully and will have a dedicated consultant with Teaching Personnel if you have any problems.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
