As a teaching assistant, no two days will be the same and you will need to have a confident and flexible approach towards teaching. We have a number of Teaching Assistant positions available with our client schools. The majority of the roles available are primarily based in working on a 1:1 basis with Y7 pupils and underperforming GCSE pupils to raise pupil attainment. Previous school based experience and intervention work is desirable for the position but not essential.
Teaching Assistants are valued and highly regarded the Head teacher’s of the schools searching for candidates are looking to arrange interviews straight away.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
