Salary: £90 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who can work closely with teachers and pupils, helping to create an engaging, inclusive, and motivating learning environment. This role is ideal for graduates considering a future in education and keen to develop their skills while making a real impact.

Your Role Will Include:

• Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and achievement.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students reach their potential.

• Working alongside teaching staff to deliver effective lessons and interventions.

• Applying and building upon your subject knowledge through practical classroom experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant degree or equivalent (Education degree advantageous but not essential).

• Previous experience working with children or supporting learning (desirable but not required).

• An up-to-date DBS check, or willingness to apply for one.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Confidence in maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
