Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £420 – £445 per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils with special educational needs, both one-on-one and in small groups. You’ll help them access learning, develop independence, and feel valued in their school environment.
Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting pupils with tailored learning activities

Working closely with class teachers and SEN specialists

Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
