Location: Birmingham

Pay: £420 – £445 per week 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils with special educational needs, both one-on-one and in small groups. You’ll help them access learning, develop independence, and feel valued in their school environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting pupils with tailored learning activities

  • Working closely with class teachers and SEN specialists

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience

  • Sociology

  • SEN and Inclusion

More than your degree, we’re looking for individuals who are:

What You’ll Need to Apply

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Enhanced DBS check on the Child Workforce Register (or willingness to apply)

  • Experience working with children (formal or informal) is a bonus, but not essential
