Location: Birmingham
Pay: £415 – £445 per week
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
Start Date: September

The Opportunity

Join a dedicated team as a Learning Support Assistant, working closely with pupils who face a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)

  • Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

  • General learning difficulties

You’ll play a key role in helping students succeed both academically and personally by delivering one-to-one support and assisting in small groups.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting students inside and outside the classroom

  • Encouraging independence and social development

  • Collaborating with teachers and specialists to provide tailored support

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment


Is This You?

We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ A recent graduate in Psychology, Criminology, Youth Studies, Social Work, or a related field
✅ Passionate about helping children with additional needs
✅ Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
✅ Looking for practical experience ahead of a career in education, therapy, or social care
