What You’ll Do

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the classroom team, supporting children with special educational needs through tailored learning activities. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assisting students individually and in small groups to meet learning goals

  • Supporting teachers with lesson planning and classroom management

  • Promoting inclusion, positive behaviour, and independence

  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is a bonus but not essential
