Calling all Graduates wishing to pursue a career in Primary teaching!

Do you wish to become a Primary school teacher, but require further school based experience? Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people?

Teaching Personnel have created a ‘Future Teachers Programme’ alongside National Leaders in education to support the recruitment of Graduates who wish to gain further experience before joining a teacher training course.

This programme will provide Graduates with the skills and experience necessary to become an outstanding teacher of the future, alongside support to secure a position on a future teacher training programme. The future teacher programme is ran all year round and is a great opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain valuable experience within a primary school

Roles and Responsibilities of the Future Teachers

The appointed Future Teachers will hold many roles within their specialist department including providing 1:1 and small group interventions to boost grades, providing lesson cover with the support of the class teacher and delivering sessions to pupils across Key Stage One and Key Stage Two

Throughout the Future Teachers Programme, full support and training will be provided by an ‘Outstanding Teaching School’ to ensure that all Graduates are receiving the best possible preparation before commencing a teacher training programme.

**Previous experience working with children and young people is desired for this position**
