For recent or soon-to-be graduates from any subject

Are you about to graduate and considering a career in teaching? We’re offering exciting, paid opportunities to work in schools across Northamptonshire, giving you hands-on classroom experience and a clear route into teacher training.


Roles include:

  • Teaching Assistant & Learning Support

  • Cover Supervisor (leading lessons)

  • Subject-specific classroom support

  • Pastoral or SEN support roles


✅ We’re looking for graduates who:

  • Are enthusiastic and keen to work with young people

  • Want to gain real classroom experience

  • Are considering teacher training (PGCE, SCITT, etc.)

  • Are reliable, confident, and team players

No experience needed – full training provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
