We are offering graduate opportunities in schools across Northamptonshire that are ideal stepping stones into a career in teaching – whether you’re already planning to apply for a PGCE or still exploring your options.

Roles Available May Include:

Teaching Assistant (TA) / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – supporting individual students or small groups

Cover Supervisor – leading lessons using pre-prepared materials

Subject-Specific Classroom Support – ideal for graduates in Maths, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, or the Arts

Pastoral or SEN Support Roles – for those with an interest in inclusion or educational psychology

We partner with a wide range of welcoming and supportive primary and secondary schools across Northamptonshire, including Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Towcester, Daventry, and surrounding areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
