Are you confident in managing a classroom and passionate about supporting young people? Are you looking to step into education, or are you an experienced Cover Supervisor ready for a new role this September?

At Teaching Personnel, we work closely with secondary schools across the country to provide reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable Cover Supervisors. Whether you have experience or are looking to gain valuable classroom exposure before pursuing teacher training, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Cover Supervisors – Individuals confident in leading lessons and managing classrooms in the absence of a teacher.

  • Graduates or Aspiring Teachers – Those looking to gain experience before moving into a teaching career.

  • Strong Communicators and Role Models – You don’t need to be a qualified teacher, but you should be confident, professional, and able to manage a classroom effectively.

What We Offer:

  • A variety of flexible Cover Supervisor roles – day-to-day, part-time, or full-time placements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
