Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Northamptonshire)

Contract Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (Flexible)

We are working closely with a range of secondary schools across Northamptonshire who are looking for Cover Supervisors to join their teams from September.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers or individuals with previous classroom experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Confident classroom presence

• Ability to manage behaviour effectively

• Adaptability and strong communication skills

• Previous experience in a school setting desirable, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
