Job description

Teaching Personnel's Dorset Primary branch have a huge demand for Middle school Geography teachers in the Dorset area. We are able to offer short-term, long-term and sometimes permanent contracts, as well as regular supply work in the local area. We also are looking to recruit additional Geography teachers in anticipation of a high demand for people in this field for supply work starting in February 2018.
As the areas leading recruitment agency in the secondary sector, we regularly receive Geography work vacancies and positions often go unfilled. Whether you are looking for variety and flexibility or you want to hear of exciting long-term and permanent opportunities in schools that may not be looking to go to national advert, we can help. We are also able to offer subject enhancement CPD, such as our partnership wit a government led TSST maths course.
If you are currently looking for work and/or are looking for a change in the near or immediate future, please send your CV via email to and one of consultants will be in touch to arrange an informal discussion about your registration and work preferences as soon as possible
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
