If you're answering yes, then Teaching Personnel would like to hear from you..... I'm working with a number of Primary School based in Hertfordshire who are looking for Grads to start after Easter and in September for the academic year.

You will become an integral part of the school and learn how to plan, prepare and deliver lessons. You will also learn behaviour management techniques and how to differentiate your lessons.

In return you will expected to raise attainment through 1-2-1 and small group tuition and in class support.

The roles are 5 days per week, school days, so you'd typically be working 8.15-3.30pm. There will be a small amount marking and assessment involved

Ideal candidates have the following -

A first or 2:1 degree

Previous tuition and/or school based experience

A 'can do' attitude and a desire to teach

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
