Are you recent graduate or at the end of your graduate degree, looking to work in schools, within your subject area? If you want to build your experience before embarking on an exciting career teaching and find your identity as a teacher, then teaching personnel would like to hear from you.
Teaching Personnel Ltd is in the process of recruiting numerous graduates to join our future teacher's programme, to work in partnership with our outstanding client schools across greater Manchester.
What you can expect on our Future Teachers programme;
- Teaching Assistant roles, Cover supervisor, Exam Preparation and Intervention Led support.
- Hands-on experience through out the academic year working in outstanding Roman Catholic and non faith secondary schools.
- Continued support through professional developmental courses, assigned mentors and senior leadership.
- Access to a variety of resources in state of the art facilities, undertaking a range of tasks.
- Get paid whilst learning with the potential to progress on to a schools direct programme.
Our future teachers programmes is designed to get you into the right school ahead of your teacher training course, get the practical experience you require whiles working in outstanding schools through out greater Manchester.
This programme, in partnership with our client schools will aim to prepare you for schools direct/ training course, build your experience planning, marking and delivering lessons within a classroom capacity. With continued support through observations and termly reviews, with either your mentor or your specialist education consultant, you can expect to be directed in relevant areas; class/behaviour management varied learning styles and reflective practice.
