French Teacher - Sunderland

Teaching Personnel is seeking qualified French teachers to join the Modern Foreign Languages department of one of our client schools in Sunderland. The successful candidate should ideally approach teaching creatively and strive to excel when faced with challenges. The school is particularly interested in ensuring that as many students are motivated to pursue languages at A-Level and in further education as possible; therefore your passion for the subject needs to show.

OVERVIEW

• The successful candidate is required to begin after Easter
• Producing a scheme of work based on the current Languages curriculum-with special consideration towards pupils with learning difficulties, who may find French extra challenging, thus often feeling demotivated
• Full-time position
• The candidate may be asked to stay on-board with the school longer if necessary
• Providing one-to-one and group tuition to disadvantaged students to ensure that they achieve their targets during examinations
• Producing a plan-of-action to proactively deal with obstacles to students' learning
• Great rates of pay (ranging from £110-£150)
