Teaching Personnel is currently working with a client school to recruit a specialist early years teacher for their reception class. The successful candidate will have exceptional behaviour management skills and a good understanding of inclusion techniques whilst supporting pupils who display challenging behaviour. This can be a full time or part time teaching role and will involve planning, marking and evidencing pupil progress.
The school is determined to provide the best possible opportunities for pupils to attain academic and social excellence. There is an established culture of high expectations at the school and the school is working hard to ignite a real love of learning by providing a rich, varied and exciting curriculum. The school is proud to have a dedicated inclusion unit based at the school helping them to manage challenging behaviour and ensure that pupils continue their learning.
