Teaching Personnel are the leading UK staffing agency for Schools and we are recruiting!
We currently work with a number of provisions in the Lancashire area who are looking for experienced Tutors to deliver 1:1 sessions either face to face or on-line in the coming months, to help with "catch up" for the pupils' who have missed a lot of education due to covid-19.
The roles will likely be part time, flexible and can happen either on-line or in person. In order to apply for this role you must be:
- A Qualified Teacher or have experience delivering lessons
- Have an English specialism or able to teach KS3 English as a minimum
- Have some experience working with pupils with SEN
- Have strong behaviour management skills
- Have the ability to engage pupils' in education who often struggle academically
- Be adaptable, flexible and approachable
We anticipate a number of schools in the Lancashire area will be seeking Tutors in the new academic year to assist with the transition back into school but to also help catch pupils' up on what they have missed over the last 12 weeks.
Candidates applying for this role must be confident in their behaviour management skills as well as having an understanding of the UK curriculum.
Pay for these roles will be between GBP20 - 26 per hour, negotiable based upon experience and you will have access to TP's CPD academy which includes mental health CPD and Team Teach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
