English Cover: SEN School Reading
An SEN school in the Reading area are currently looking for support in their English department.
The school caters to boys with autism, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The staff are a tight knit team who place a lot of importance on communication and teamwork.
This could be a a great opportunity for anyone looking for a temporary, interim post to gain more experience teaching or to do a short stint of teaching without committing to a full time post.
Alternatively, a teacher looking for a full-time English post in the future could gain some excellent experience doing a maternity post at a good school.
Requirements for the role:
- Recognised teaching qualification OR relevant English KS3 and KS4 teaching experience
- High expectations for all students and a willingness to help them succeed
- Effective team working to support all teachers, support staff and outside agencies
