Are you a qualified teacher in North Manchester looking for a new role in September 2019?

Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with one of our partner schools in North Manchester, who are looking to recruit an inspiring and motivated English Teacher to fill a gap in the department from September 2019. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an 'Outstanding' secondary school, and continue your teaching career in a supportive and vibrant environment.

  • Full time Teacher of English role from September 2019
  • Initial role for one year, with a strong possibility of the role turning permanent
  • 'Outstanding' secondary school in North Manchester

Our partner secondary school is located in the Prestwich area of North Manchester, just a short 5 minute drive from the M60 motorway and close to many local bus routes. Upon their most recent visit from Ofsted, this mixed comprehensive was again rated as 'Outstanding' with inspectors commenting on the 'strong leadership and management' as well as 'consistently excellent behaviour' throughout the school.

"My priority is to ensure that our school continues to be an outstanding school where every child can achieve their full potential in their academic, creative, personal, physical, moral and spiritual development. My main aim is to focus on ensuring that all students learn and progress exceptionally well and experience the highest quality teaching and learning. With a clear focus and lots of hard work, these things are all achievable and will deliver what I believe most parents want - happy children who leave school with plenty of choices available to them and well equipped to cope with the world outside." Headteacher.

As an English Teacher at our partner school you will be joining a highly successful and collaborative department that consistently perm to a high standard and post excellent GCSE results including over 50% of students obtaining a Grade 5 or above.
