- Full-time English teacher - Required to start in September 2019.
- 12 month temporary employment with contract extension likely to be available.
- High achieving 'Good' graded secondary school located in the Wigan LEA.
- Pay in line with MPS/UPS dependent on experience (£23,720 - £39,406).

This English teaching role is being advertised on a temporary, full-time basis in the first instance however the school are seeking applications from English teachers who are seeking to secure a full-time/permanent role in the future.

The incoming English teacher will be joining a well managed English department and will take responsibility for teaching across years 7-11. The school wish to appoint a English teacher who is able to confidently deliver engaging English lessons to students of all abilities.
This is an 11-16 secondary school with examination results above the national expectation. Located on the outskirts of the town centre the school is easily accessible from the surrounding areas; St Helens, Warrington, Chorley, Leigh, Bolton and Salford areas.
