Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in English or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, with a track record of student achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature, language, and literacy.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to enhancing teaching practice.
