- English Teacher required for a Good School in the LS22 area of Leeds
- Full Time Position
- Competitive daily rates of up to £187 depending on skills and experience
A ‘Good’ school as rated by Ofsted based in the LS22 area of Leeds is looking to appoint an English teacher to join their successful English department. The school is of an average size with roughly just over 1000 pupils attending. The school is also focused on making sure that every child achieves their potential. In order to achieve this, the school works hard to ensure that teaching is outstanding and that pupils are set challenging academic targets.
A successful candidate should:
• Be able to plan and deliver inspiring and engaging lessons that meeting the needs of all pupils, creating an inclusive learning environment and ensuring that all pupils are able to make progress.
• Have a strong subject knowledge of the English curriculum.
• Be confident teaching all English across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Be willing to support the school ethos and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure no child is left behind.
• Have evidence of where you have been able to raise that attainment of pupils.
