English Teacher – Catholic school – Ilford – January 2020 start (or earlier).

A “GOOD” Catholic School in the Ilford area is seeking an English Teacher to start teaching KS3 and KS4 in January 2020 or earlier

English teaching opportunity available at a Brentwood Diocese based Catholic school in Ilford. The position is to start from January 2020 through to July 2020 – perm role available for teacher from September 2020. The school however will allow an earlier start if the successful candidate is able to.

Rate: MPS/UPS pay scale (GBP28,660 – GBP49,571)

Location: Ilford / Brentwood Diocese.

Teaching Personnel have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with The Brentwood Catholic Diocese which covers North East and East London Schools. Like all Catholic Schools they boast good behaviour and strong academic results.

• Newly Qualified or Experienced English Teachers welcome to apply.
• Friendly English department staff consisting of all ages. Both experienced teachers and NQTs.
• Teach English KS3 / KS4.
• Well-resourced classrooms and labs in addition to excellent CPD.
• MPS / UPS.

Requirements;

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE or other UK recognised Qualification
• Strong Academic Background – A degree in English would be ideal.
• Match the schools vision to raise attainment in the English Department.
• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4.
