We are currently experiencing high demand from both special needs and mainstream secondary schools in Somerset, and we are actively seeking passionate professionals to join us. We have openings for cover supervisors, supply teachers, subject specialist teachers, and special needs teaching assistants, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
At Teaching Personnel, we believe in recognising the value of our educators, which is why we are reviewing all pay options to ensure that you receive the pay you deserve. Whether you're a trainee teacher or a seasoned UPS3 teacher, we will discuss all rates of pay available to you.
Flexibility is key, and we offer short-term cover opportunities ranging from one day per week to full-time positions, allowing you to work in schools that align with your preferences. Additionally, for those seeking more permanent positions, we offer temp-to-hire solutions or the option to join a school contract from day one, ensuring you're paid right up until August 31st, 2024.
Furthermore, we value your referrals and believe in rewarding them accordingly. For every educator you refer to us, you could earn £80-£100 as our way of saying thank you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
