The Role

As a Drama Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire students to develop confidence, self-expression, and performance skills
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the curriculum
• Encourage participation in productions, performances, and extracurricular activities
• Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
• Work collaboratively within a successful Performing Arts team

The Ideal Drama Teacher

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has strong subject knowledge within Drama and Performing Arts
• Can deliver engaging and inspirational lessons
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
• Has high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
• Is passionate about creative education and student development
• Works effectively as part of a team
