Full time supply opportunity to work as an EAL teaching assistant in a Rotherham based secondary school, from September 2018.
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with the Secondary Schools in the Rotherham area to help aid their supply needs. Due to a position opening within their support staff team, the school are looking for an EAL teaching assistant to join their team on a full time basis until the end of the academic year. This position will involve working with children from a range of cultural and social backgrounds, including children who speak English as a second language, previous experience or the ability to speak Polish would be advantageous for any interested applicants. You will work with children in small groups and on an individual basis, with a focus to develop their English language skills and improve their confidence during the regular school day.

- Must have previous experience delivering EAL support in a secondary school
- Languages speaking daily include; Polish
- Supply position initially on a full time long term basis
- Rate of pay to match previous experience
