Cover Teacher
Job description
This vacancy has now expired. Please see similar roles below...
A Secondary School located in Bridlington is recruiting a number of Cover Teachers (Cover Supervisors) to be able to work on a flexible, ad-hoc basis at the school during this academic year.
In the role of a Cover Teacher (Cover Supervisor), you will be expected to supervise the lesson in the absence of the classroom teacher. You don't have to be a qualified teacher to be able to do this type of work. The minimum requirement is that you hold a University Degree. Alternatively, you can hold GCSEs or equivalent with some experience of working with young people.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking at a career change and you are considering flexible work in Secondary Schools.
We are looking for Cover Supervisors (Cover Teachers) with an outgoing personality, who can think on their feet and are not afraid of being in charge of a group of young people.
Teaching Personnel offers weekly pay on PAYE, and competitive rates of pay of up to £11 per hour (depending on experience, rates can be negotiable).
Please do not hesitate to contact Elisa Stokes in branch for further details. If you are interested in the post, please apply by submitting your CV.
