Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and manages classroom activities in the absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Follows pre-prepared lesson plans and provides support to students as needed.
  • Maintains classroom discipline and manages behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Supports pupils' learning and development through effective classroom management and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas and year groups.
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
