A highly reputable and Ofsted-rated 'GOOD' primary school in Ilford, Essex, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team from September.

Salary: Competitive/ Dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
*Develop schemes of work and lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum.
*Assess and record students’ progress, preparing them for necessary assessments.
*Manage pupil behaviour in the classroom and on school premises.
*Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
*Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs.
*Organize the classroom environment to promote a positive learning experience.
Requirements:
*A minimum of two years' experience in a primary school setting.
*Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and the specific needs of Year 5 students.
*Proven ability to develop and enhance a collaborative learning environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
*A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing students with the best possible education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
