Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a teaching assistant that is looking to further their teaching experience. We have a full time role Monday – Friday starting 8:30am – 3:30pm within one of our bigger schools in Cardiff. Daily rate starting from GBP57 - GBP65.
Our school is determined to educate and nurture the pupils in the best way possible giving them personalized learning pathways. Currently they have received the best GCSE results year to date and are thriving under the new management of the head teacher.
Teaching Assistant will need …
- Strong class and behaviour management
- Willing to be versatile within the role
- Have great confidence and experience building relationships
- Sports background (preference)
- Can travel in the CF3 area
Teaching in a brand new state of the art teaching facility the student’s and teacher’s have the best environment to learn and exceed. The school are currently fortunate to work closely with one of the leading colleges in Cardiff. Progressing partnerships the students have inclusive opportunities to learn in, including a dance studio, 3G pitch, sports hall, netball and tennis ground.
With a large number pupils exhibiting challenging behaviour and additional learning needs, the school are looking for a teaching assistant who can be confident but firm when in pressured situations. A teaching assistant who desires to work their way up through the school by using this opportunity to gain experience is desirable for the role.
