This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons

• Working with students 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and progress

• Assisting in the preparation of resources, displays, and classroom materials

• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create a nurturing learning environment

• Supporting students with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs under staff guidance

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with young people and making a difference

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to personal and professional development

• No prior school experience required – full training and support will be provided

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or working towards) are desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
