Graduate Teaching Assistant

The Role:

• Supporting teachers with the delivery of lessons across a range of subjects

• Working one-to-one or with small groups of students who need additional support

• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation

• Encouraging student engagement and motivation

Ideal Candidate:

• A recent graduate (any discipline considered, education-related degrees desirable)

• Passionate about working with young people and helping them succeed

• Confident, patient, and proactive with excellent communication skills

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is an advantage
