Job Duties:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to relevant staff members
  • Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role is required

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Good time management skills
  • Basic understanding of office procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certification in office administration or related field
  • Experience working in the education sector

Working Conditions:

  • This role is based in an office environment
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
