£80 - £90 Per day

Job Duties:

Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting
Assist the teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students
Help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Work one-on-one or with small groups of SEN students
Assist with personal care and behaviour management when necessary

Required Qualifications:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience working with children with SEN
Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions

Education:

Minimum of GCSE level education

Experience:

Prior experience working with children with Special Educational Needs

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of SEN support strategies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

Full-time hours
Temporary position
Work within a school setting
Possible requirement to assist with personal care and behaviour management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
