1:1 Education Support Workers

Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Education Support Workers to help support challenging behaviour for a specialist school in Bournemouth. The school covers all Primary ages for students with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. We are specifically looking for 1:1 workers to work off-site to help deliver work, planned by the school.

If you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, this role is ideal for you.

Work type:

- Daily cover work with flexible working hours, term time only

- Opportunities for semi-permanent and full-time positions all available.


- Youth work experience

- Teaching assistant experience

- Experience or ability to work with EBD, ADHD.

Additional Requirements:

This particular role specifically requires the successful applicants to drive to locations with a passenger. Therefore a full driving license with business insurance would be necessary. Full advice on this can be offered upon application.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
