An 'Outstanding' special sports school based in Kingsbury that offer places to pupils from 11-19 with a wide range of learning difficulties is currently looking for strong and enthusiastic Youth workers/ Learning Support Assistants to join their team for the next academic year. The school have expertise in a range of teaching methods to meet the needs of pupils with Special Education Needs and the role needs a person who is compassionate, enthusiastic, reliable and resilient. Youth workers/ Learning Support Assistants should work well within a team, be able to organise and be prepared to work with varying types of special education needs.
Essential criteria
- You must have a keen interest in supporting and working with children with special education needs, in a care environment
- You must be flexible to work across different age groups and
- You must be able to travel to the school with ease
- You must have the ability to work for 5 days (Monday - Friday)
