SEMH / Behaviour Specialist Teachers – Stoke-on-Trent

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Pay: £150 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time / long-term opportunity

Make a Difference in a Specialist School

We are seeking qualified teachers with experience supporting challenging behaviour or SEMH needsto work within an independent specialist school in Stoke-on-Trent.

This setting supports pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional, and pastoral support, so the successful candidate must be confident managing complex behaviour and building strong relationships with students.

The Role
Teaching small classes within a specialist setting
Supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
Delivering engaging lessons while promoting positive behaviour
Working closely with pastoral and support teams

Who We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)or equivalent
Experience working with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour
Strong behaviour management and resilience
Passion for supporting vulnerable young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
