Year 6 Teacher Liverpool

Due to unforeseen circumstances and a restructuring in their Key Stage 2 department, our client school have a need from January for a Year 6 teacher on a one year contract. The school are looking for someone for a lesson observation as soon as possible as they may need the successful candidate to come into school the week before Christmas for a transition period.

The school is located in North Liverpool and has a diverse catchment area from the surrounding the Walton area. The school has a vibrant and welcoming environment. The school is rated as 'Good' by Ofsted, with teaching rated as good and outstanding in places.

The Headteacher has created a culture where pupils can work in a calm and purposeful environment and achieve well. Parents, pupils and teachers appreciate the difference she has made to the school in improving the quality of teaching and raising standards. Leadership at all levels has had a significant impact on teaching and achievement. This is an improving school. The standards are higher now at the end of Key Stage 1 and 2 than they have been previously.

The school is easily accessible off Queens Drive and has free secure gated parking for all staff to use. The school is located to several bus routes all around the city and is a 10/15 minute walk from a nearby train station.
