This is an excellent opportunity for confident and enthusiastic individuals to work as Cover Supervisors in a dynamic Wisbech secondary school. Whether you’re an experienced Cover Supervisor or a Fully Qualified Teacher open to short-term supply, this flexible role allows you to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting students across KS3 & KS4.

Main Responsibilities
In this Cover Supervisor role, you will:
- Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons in teacher absences
- Ensure students remain engaged and productive
- Uphold clear expectations and positive behaviour
- Adapt quickly to different classes and subjects
- Support the school with both planned and last-minute cover
What We’re Looking For
A successful applicant will:
- Have experience supporting young people (school-based or youth work)
- Be confident managing classrooms independently
- Be reliable, positive, and proactive
- Have a genuine interest in education
- Be able to commute to Wisbech and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
