Secondary Supply Teacher – KS3 & KS4
Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher
Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Flexible (Day-to-day, short-term & long-term)
Salary: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience)
Supply Bank is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Secondary Supply Teachers to join our growing network and work across a range of secondary schools in Wisbech and nearby areas. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers looking for flexible working arrangements while gaining experience in different school environments.
We offer immediate opportunities for day-to-day supply work, with both full-time and part-time options available to suit your availability. Long-term roles with the potential to transition into permanent positions are also available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Follow the school’s behaviour management policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and teaching styles
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in different teaching environments
- A passion for education and supporting student development
