Year 5 School teacher

Location: Ealing

Start date: October

Contract type: full-time

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an excellent primary school based in the heart of Ealing. Within this school there is a clear importance placed on learning and shaping their pupils to become respectful and compassionate members of society. Alongside their religious based curriculum they are teaching their pupils to be well rounded pupils, ensuring that all their children are improving not only academically but in many different ways; social, moral, spiritual and cultural development are all acknowledged and prioritised to give the children a well rounded quality of education.

The school is located within the heart of Ealing, it is easily accessible by bus including the E2, E9 and N7.

About the role:

This is a full-time classroom role in year 5. You will be expected to prepare the learning resources and materials, work closely with your colleagues to prepare and plan lessons in accordance to the national curriculum. Track pupil's attainment and provide feedback.

The ideal candidate:

  • Newly qualified teach or fully qualified teacher status
  • At least 1 years experience teaching in key stage 2
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Sound knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Personable, charismatic and able to work well in a team
  • A valid DBS that is registered on the update service or willing to complete an application
  • A proven track record of raising pupil attainment

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
