Are you looking for a rewarding career where no two days are the same? A school in Bromley are looking for a TA/LSA to work in a Year 4 class. This role would suit someone who is not only pro active but enthusiastic, engaging and committed. The role of a TA varies greatly but key duties will include; providing support to all children, leading small group tasks and assisting class teachers.

This school in Penge are looking to recruit for a new teaching assistant to join their support team. The school was awarded "outstanding" during their latest Ofsted inspection (May 16) and is part of one of the largest federations within London. Situated a short walk from Kent House train station and Beckenham Road tram stop. The school with its 2 form entry have seen results in recent years of 20% higher than national average across all key areas.

We are looking for people with experience of working with children, who have a genuine passion for assisting children achieve and exceed their potentials. Ideally candidates will have;

  • CACHE level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working as a TA/LSA in primary schools
  • Child workforce DBS (on the update service) or willingness to apply for one
  • 2 recent references

We would also like to hear from you if you meet any of the following;

  • A recent graduate looking to gain teaching experience
  • TA/LSA experience within and school based environment
  • Experience in any education "other" field (Au Pair, Sports Coach, youth worker)
  • A hard working individual looking to get into the education sector
