Year 3 Teacher – Short-Term Cover (Operation Recovery)
Location: Emsworth, Hampshire
Contract: Temporary (Half Term to One Term, potentially longer)

Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and vibrant school community?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Emsworth for a short-term role. This position is to cover Operation Recovery.

The Role:

• Full teaching responsibilities for a well-behaved and eager Year 3 class

• Focused support for pupils' academic recovery and wellbeing

• Working collaboratively with a welcoming staff team and supportive leadership

• Opportunities to build strong relationships with pupils and parents

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified teacher with recent KS2 experience (ideally Year 3)

• Is confident in delivering a broad and engaging curriculum

• Has a clear understanding of recovery teaching and how to support children in catching up

• Brings energy, flexibility, and a positive attitude to school life
