Teaching Personnel are working exclusively alongside a large Primary School located in the Preston area. This school have approached Teaching Personnel today to source an inspirational KS2 Primary Teacher to teach full time in their mixed Y3/Y4 Class. This particular class is made up of 29 pupils and there are two full time Teaching Assistants on hand. There is also a TA who works 1:1 during the morning sessions to support a young boy in class with ASC.
The school are looking for nothing less than an 'Outstanding' practitioner to contribute towards all aspects of school life and is committed to raising standards within Education. The Headteacher is experienced and is admired by staff in school and holds an excellent reputation in the area, she is committed to raising standards in school and is looking for a practitioner who shares the school vision.
This role has arisen due to an unexpected absence which the school are confident will continue for the remainder of the academic year due to the circumstance. This school have taken a member of staff on a temp-perm basis within the last 12 months through Teaching Personnel and due to the size of this school, there is always the potential for a permanent role at the end of the placement.
The behaviour is sometimes challenging in this particular class, therefore an experienced teacher would be the ideal candidate. However NQT's are still welcome to apply, experience working within an 'inner city' school would be advantageous for this role.
Teaching Personnel are able to offer competitive rates of pay and you will be allocated with a designated consultant who will listen to your work preferences. We DO NOT use 'umbrella companies' - all staff are paid on a weekly basis directly into your bank account.
If you are still unsure on applying… please take a look at our Google Reviews to see what our staff say about us - to do this please search 'Teaching Personnel Preston'.
"Taking the plunge into supply teaching was a daunting prospect after leaving my previous post of 10 years. However, I needn't have been worried! Steven and Chloe worked as a great team to provide me with day to day supply for 4 weeks and by then Chloe had secured me a long term post. It really was as easy as that on my part! The trial day was a great way of me deciding if the long term post was for me and vice-versa. Dealing with Teaching Personnel has been a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They're always on the other end of a phone and looking out for your best interests. Thanks again Chloe and Steven." Sarah, Teacher, Preston.
"From the moment I joined teaching personnel I have found them professional, helpful and very efficient. I have been in constant employment from the week I was cleared for work. My main consultant Chloe has been fantastic, she is pro active and constantly on hand for any queries or problems. I have worked for consultants in other areas, Howard, Rachel, Steven and they have all been equally brilliant! I would happily recommend teaching personnel." Louise, Teacher, Preston.
"Finding work with my agent Chloe was extremely quick and professional, with the other staff being just as polite and determined to find you a suitable position. The whole team communicated very well and pay was always on time. It's thanks to them that I am pursuing my work in the EYFS and I look forward to working with them again." Kayleigh, Teacher, Blackpool
